Helena Gvili's mother, Meryl Simon, has passed away. Anthropologist, Aesthetic Realism consultant, beloved mother and grandmother, and a force in this world, she will be missed by many. Funeral services will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery, 500 25th St., Brooklyn, NY, Wednesday, Oct. 30th in the Modern Chapel next to the Tranquility Garden, from 1:45 to 2:45. Sitting shiva will take place 5 - 8 pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday at 220 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10305. Baruch Dayan Haemet.
